What is the Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract at a minimum of 24 hours without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 1 day from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged. We will let you know if this applies in your particular case.

Linen, Towels and Laundry:
Linens, Towels and laundry are washed in accordance with local authority guidelines.
Sheets and Towels are washed at 60 Degrees or hotter.
Cleaning Products:
Both Suites are disinfected and thorougly cleaned between stays.
(Hosts follow the industry cleaning and disinfecting practices of Safe Travels (WTTC – Global)
Both Suites have shared stationery such as printed menus, magazines, pens and paper are removed and replaced.
High Touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected.
Food & Utensils:
All Plates, cutlery, glasses and other tableware have been sanitised.

Checking in at Heathwood B&B:
Check In arrangements are made with the hosts (24 hours prior)
The hosts will greet the guests. (Hosts wear face masks) Checking In/Out payment is contactless

There is 24 hour CCTV.
Only two suites available (Deluxe Suite and Executive Suite) and both suites have a maximum occupancy of two people. The minimum age for guests is 18 years old.
Hosts follow all safety protocols as directed by Local Authorities.
Hosts are regularly temperature checked.
All windows are double-glazed.
Hosts trained in using a Fire Extinguisher.
First Aid Kit available.
There is a wall mounted AED (Automated External Defibrillator) at the property entrance.
Hand Sanitiser in both Suites as well as key areas such as Dining Area and Property Entrance.
Technical Safety at Heathwood B&B:
Annual Tests of: PAT Testing, Fire Extinguishers.
Monthly Tests of: Smoke Detectors.
